Jason S. Kasamoto received his undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa and spent 13 years as a copy editor at The Honolulu Advertiser and Honolulu Star-Advertiser. He then obtained his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, where he served as Executive Publications Editor of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal (APLPJ). Before joining Chee Markham Kato and Kim, Jason handled communications for the Office of the Governor's Coordinator on Homelessness.
Jason is licensed to practice law in the State of Hawai‘i and the United States District Court of the District of Hawai‘i. He is a member of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association.
