Attorney Ryan K. Markham practices in areas of construction law, commercial litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Markham earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he served as President and Co-Founder of the Federalist Society student chapter, Treasurer of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Fraternity, and received a CALI excellence for the future award for Criminal Law. After law school, Mr. Markham served as Special Assistant to the Director of the State of Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations where he also handled Public Information Officer and Legislative Coordinator duties. Mr. Markham then served as Operations Manager for the Hawaii Occupational Safety & Health Administration (HIOSH). Before joining Chee Markham & Feldman, Mr. Markham spent 5 years working for one of North America's largest General Contractors. A graduate of Punahou School, Mr. Markham earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Colorado College in 2005.  Mr. Markham is an active member of the Punahou Alumni Association, and serves as a Director of the Young Lawyers Division of the Hawaii State Bar Association and a Director of the Honolulu Chinese Jaycees. Mr. Markham has been admitted to practice law in Hawaii, the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, and Minnesota.
