Attorney Brandon Y. Moriki has been practicing law in Hawaii with a focus on civil litigation, insurance defense, subrogation, premise liability, automobile accidents, and other business and commercial litigation.

After graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Mr. Moriki completed the Bachelor of Arts requirements for a second and third degree in Philosophy and Political Science in 2005 and 2007, respectively. Mr. Moriki earned a Masters of Arts degree in Philosophy with a focus on East-West Comparative Philosophy and Logic in 2008. Mr. Moriki earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2015. Mr. Moriki has been admitted to practice in the State of Hawaii, State of Minnesota, and the U.S. District Court for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Moriki is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Moriki has civil litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including insurance defense, personal injury, property damage, subrogation, products liability, and automobile accident cases.
