Attorney Daniel T. Kim brings 22 years of experience in commercial, construction, and insurance defense litigation to his role as Partner in the Honolulu law firm of Chee Markham & Feldman. His experience includes handling every aspect of litigation in trials, arbitrations, mediations, administrative proceedings, and settlement negotiations.

Mr. Kim received his A.B. in biology from Washington University in 1984,  He earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, in 1987. While in law school, he was selected for membership in the Law Review, and served as Casenote Co-Author in 1985-86 and Articles Editor in 1986-87. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board in 1986-87 and received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in his third year.

Mr. Kim is a member of the Hawaii Bar and is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a Past President of Pearl Harbor Kiwanis and speaks and understands Japanese.
